I just wanted to comment on what a positive experience I had with Pots and Petals. My husband and I wanted to send a plant to his great aunt in Muskego, so I went online to find a florist. Your website and the name of your business caught my eye, so I called to order. I didnt catch the woman's name that helped me, but she was so pleasant and helpful. She assured me that the azalea that I ordered would be full and beautiful. It was delivered the next day, and our great aunt said that the plant is just that. She loved the colors in the plant, as well as the container it came in. Thanks for the great customer service !!!!

The arrangement looked nothing like what my husband ordered. Also, the roses died two days after I got it. I called and complained so they brought me new roses which I attempted to add to the rest of the arrangement. (I'm not a florist so it really looked awkward.) Those roses died after two days too.

The flowers were beautiful. However, I asked that they be delivered at 4:00 and they arrived at 10:30 am. Good thing an elderly couple lived next door!
